Purposes for which we process personal data

  • Preparing a quotation and operating a booked trip.
  • Issuing invoices and meeting statutory record-keeping obligations.
  • Obtaining permits and visas where you ask us to.
  • Sending service messages about a trip you have booked.

Consent, and withdrawing it

Where we rely on your consent — chiefly for marketing — you can withdraw it at any time by writing to the officer above, and the withdrawal is as easy as the consent was to give. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect a trip you have already booked.

Exercising your rights

  • Right to access a summary of your personal data and our processing of it.
  • Right to correction, completion, updating and erasure.
  • Right to nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
  • Right to grievance redressal before approaching the Data Protection Board of India.

Complaints to the Board

If our response does not resolve your grievance, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. We ask that you raise it with our officer first, because we can usually fix it faster.

Document status

This is a working draft published for review. It will be replaced by the counsel-approved version before the site accepts live bookings. If anything here conflicts with what a specialist told you in writing, tell us and the written commitment stands.
