The cancellation slabs below apply to the land portion of a trip. Flights, cruises, permits and some peak-season hotels are non-refundable from the moment they are issued; where that applies, your quotation says so on the same line as the price.
Write to hello@musafirtravels.in from the email address on the booking, or message the same request to your specialist on WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect from the time we receive it in writing, not from the time of a phone call.
If we cancel a trip for any reason other than a force-majeure event, you receive a full refund including any service fee, with no deduction. If a force-majeure event stops a trip, we refund everything we can recover from suppliers and show you the recovery, supplier by supplier.
