Privacy policy

Last updated 1 August 2026

What we collect, why we need it, and how to get rid of it. This policy is read alongside our notice under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, phone, WhatsApp number and email.
  • Trip details: destinations, dates, traveller count and preferences.
  • Identity documents where a booking, permit or visa requires them.
  • Basic usage analytics: pages viewed and buttons pressed, so we can tell which parts of the site are useless.

Why we collect it

To quote and operate your trip, to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to a travel operator, and to improve the site. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone other than the suppliers who need it to deliver your booking.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for 24 months from your last contact. Booking and invoice records are kept for 8 years because tax law requires it. Identity documents are deleted within 90 days of trip completion unless a visa authority requires otherwise.

Your rights

  • Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
  • Have anything inaccurate corrected.
  • Have your data erased where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time, without affecting a booking.

Cookies and analytics

The site stores a small amount of data in your browser to remember your session and, if you install the app, to keep pages readable offline. Analytics events are page views, button presses and scroll depth — they are not tied to an identity.

Document status

This is a working draft published for review. It will be replaced by the counsel-approved version before the site accepts live bookings. If anything here conflicts with what a specialist told you in writing, tell us and the written commitment stands.
