Our role

We plan and coordinate travel, and we contract hotels, transport, guides and activity operators on your behalf. Those services are delivered by them. We are responsible for planning them competently, for choosing suppliers with care, and for putting things right when they fail — we are not the operator of the aircraft, hotel or vehicle itself.

Using this site

• Prices, availability and itinerary content on the site are indicative until confirmed in a written quotation.
• Imagery is representative of the destination, not of a specific room or vehicle.
• You may not scrape, republish or resell content from this site without written permission.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate names exactly as they appear on the travel document.
• Hold valid documents, visas and permits for the journey — we will tell you what is needed and can arrange most of it, but the obligation is yours.
• Tell us about medical conditions that affect travel, especially for high-altitude itineraries.

Liability

Our liability for any booking is limited to the value of that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

Document status
